Michael has been working in real estate for the past 23 years, both in the US and initially in New Zealand. He went directly from college into the industry at the suggestion of his father, and worked in residential sales in his home town of Christchurch.
He relocated to the Bay Area 11 years ago and started working back in the industry he knew so well. "I was surprised how similar the industry was even on the other side of the world"
Michael has a unique understanding of the relocation business, having experience in this field both in the US and New Zealand. Whether domestic or international relocation, both inbound or handling the sale of transferee's homes (both vacant or occupied) Michael understands this often complex process as well as anyone in the business.
Married with one young daughter, in his spare time Michael is a keen fitness buff, (having ran track at high school and college, and winning a national junior title) and plays guitar (he plays in a local band, and has been in over 20 bands over the last 25 years) "I think with keeping fit and having a musical outlet, I have a good balance and outlook on life"
